Junior Marketing Manager
We are an expanding firm seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Manager to work hands-on developing and strengthening sales and business development for our growing clients by using cost-effective strategies. The Junior Marketing Manager is an integral member of the program marketing team. This position will create and manage direct marketing plans to achieve contractual traffic goals for sales and promotional marketing programs. The Junior Marketing Manager role encompasses the tracking, analysis, reporting, and optimization of complex marketing campaigns. For the successful candidate, this position offers a great opportunity and exposure to marketing analysis and related communications while working in an exciting and highly motivated environment.
Junior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional direct customer service to both new and existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Execute consumer and field marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and engage target audiences effectively.
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for our clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and maximizing reach.
- Develop and train new team members, fostering a supportive learning environment and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Attend daily and weekly impact meetings to discuss strategies, share updates, and align team efforts toward achieving objectives.
- Identify and fulfill customer needs, delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Junior Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience of marketing, customer service or sales
- Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and teammates alike
- Friendly, outgoing and contagious personality
- Ability to think on your feet and actively problem solve
- Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and telling a brand story
- Ability to commute to our New Hyde Park location
